Dragon God Piccolo (known as Doragon Namekian in the japan dub) is a Namekian transformation that Piccolo receives from Porunga, after Whis tells him that he will need to use the Namekian Dragon Balls to compete in the tournament. Whilst in this form, Piccolo is as strong as a Super Saiyan God. At one point of the series, Dragon God Piccolo surpasses Goku after some intense mind training on Beerus's planet.
In this transformation, Piccolo's skin colour turns a coral blue, and his antenna become spikes. He also appears a lot calmer and focused. His physique is taller and slightly more muscly. The pink patches on his arms also turn a gold colour.
Accumulating Power[]
Piccolo gains power from the Dragon God Porunga. The tale foretells that a worthy Namekian would be chosen and a new god will be made. Whis tells Piccolo that he has the potential to fill this role, and doing so will allow Piccolo to fight alongside his Saiyan duo. Piccolo and Goku make their way to New Namek via Instant Transmission. Piccolo asks Grand Elder Moori for the Dragon Balls, which he then accepts. Whis and Beerus shows up and they proceed to summon Porunga. Whis asks Porunga in Namekian to make Piccolo a Dragon God. Porunga searches Piccolo's mind and approves of the wish.
Piccolo now gets physically stronger by training his mind. He gains extraordinary power though a mind training session with Whis on Beerus's planet.
A Dragon God is able to grant One Wish a year without using the Dragon Balls.
Goku vs. Piccolo[]
Piccolo practices with Goku on Earth, Piccolo in this form was able to defeat Goku's base form. Once Goku transformed into a Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan, Goku was able to overpower Piccolo, defeating Piccolo with a spinning kick to the chest.
Piccolo was able to showcase a new technique known as the Dragon Canon, a modified Special Beam Canon, which was deflected by Goku's Kaioken Fist technique.
Heat vs. Piccolo[]
Heat was the first to fight Piccolo in the universal tournament. Piccolo won the fight by knocking Heat off of the stage. But he lost coz i dont know why
